Poor definitions, no synonyms. Not recommended. It turned to be a scam - people thinks its the OED, but its the ODE - intentional bisbelieving. Apple should look at this seriously.

Extremely disappointing because the audios dont work and Ive mostly bought the dictionary for them.
This app is the best. Other apps losing market share. Sad!
its not the original oxford dictionary of english. doesnt worth a peny! do not buy it.
I bought this because its audio. Didnt help me for learning. The voice is not humen!
I too felt deceived; was expecting full OED with citations. Too late for a refund? CHLSJ
do not believe that this is a geniune version of oxford dictionary, and apple should take all their apps off the app store.
Fake Oxford dictionary!
Well, what do you call that sort of scam when someone changes the name of something ever so slightly to attract the attention of fans of something famous? Do you want to buy a greatest hits compilation by the “Beeetles”? This is not the genuine OED here, but if you need a dictionary when you don’t have internet access, you might consider if this will fit your needs.
Too bad. Can not beleive that this is oxford dict.
I purchased this dictionary to replace another dictionary. I have had a compact OED in my home since I was a child, and hoped my daughters would also learn the value of a good dictionary. However, this dictionary has the same flaws as the dictionary I was replacing. In fact, several of the definitions are identical to those in the other dictionary. Many of the definitions use the word or at least a form of the word being defined. Using the word itself creates a circular reference that is completely useless when attempting to understand the meaning. Often, a definition is included without agreement to the part of speech of the entry. I do not allow my grammar school children to define words in this manner; for a dictionary, especially one claiming to be the OED, this is appalling. To paraphrase Paula Cole or Pete Seeger, where have all the editors gone?
Everybody is angry at this dictionary because it isnt the OED, but rather an ordinary dictionary like the Merriam Webster, etc. It would have been smarter for them to have called it something like, uh, the Oxford Contemporary Dictionary. But ... if you want an OED, get the so-called "Shorter Oxford English Dictionary" app, same price. It is a rather big subset of the original OED, despite the word "shorter," and seems to work all right.
Very bad one.
Wow. It almost seems as if the mandate to the developers was to see if they could *completely* ruin the app. If so -- mission accomplished.
Presentation very simple but the definitions are suitable.
What were the developers thinking? It is not clear how to use the search filters such a Fuzzy or Pattern Match. If it is a streamlined interface, then it needs better documentation.
I love this Oxford Dictionary, but there is no support to copy definitions to use in research and study materials, major lacking feature for a dictionary app. There is also an annoying back button issue which "loses" the previous search during the same session. You have to retype the search again, if you want to select the next search result(s). One work around is to simply click on the entrys title to "re-search" the word.
The worst update ever has completely ruined this app. A negative 5 star if possible. I want my money back
I found the description of this product misleading. It isnt the full OED. I have the Merriam-Webster 3.8.1 (which I purchased 1st) and have found that it more useful than this version of the OED, even for vocabulary from the 17th and 18th century.
Dont buy.audio is not working.not a comprehensive dic
